I noticed on the Calendar as I wasn't paying too much keen attention.
Witches Sabbath's are Jan 2-31. It's February and when I checked the other day we don't have Witches Sabbaths till 2nd or 3rd Saturday of May. I know HP.Cobra and Lydia iterated both of whom said, Friday-Saturday: 1-Day Workings are fine. I should have done from the beginning of the first Saturday on January a 28-day working.
Did I miss the boat on doing Witches Sabbath's till May to start on a Saturday and perform a 28-Day Cycle?
I've decided to cut down my meditation and go for Cleaning/Purification. As HP.Cobra mentioned, One or two 28-cycles is fine for the year's work. In other words to cut off significant grime off the Soul. My current schedule is Clean/Protect, Hatha, Advanced Chakra Spin, and my normal workings a metabolism working to be sped up/lose excess fat; and Ansuz working for freeing the soul. I was doing MerKaBa and Sanskrit _aum's for empowering the Soul but Lydia mentioned Cleaning, focuses the empowerment as your still stimulating the Chakra.
Like I've said, I've decided to follow a cleansing/purification action this year for 2023, Since Witches Sabbath's were prominently expressed.
I know normal Friday-Saturday operations is fine, 1-Day is fine. But do I really have to wait till May to do a proper Moon cycle effect?
---------------
Also is there a difference between using Munka, Ansuz, or Uruz to use for freeing the soul?
Is anyone particular better or more appropriate to use?
Or are they pretty much the same?
I believe it's been mentioned some of the attributes of the Runes bleeds through such as the paragraph of information. If using for freeing the Soul, yeah the rune works on you for that. But some of the aspects bleed through and generate enhancements.
Should I consider for my next Freeing the Soul after February i.e. current 40-day cycle to perform one using a different Rune. Personally I like Ansuz for it's Mercurial properties i.e. communication. But I assume most if not the majority of the energy is being used for "Freeing" rather than "Runic Properties".
Correct?
