People with the 13° Libra star prominent. From what I saw these people are just as trustworhy as a jew (not always of course). People with a strong Neptune can be deceptive. Mercury/Neptune. Algol as well can make one a liar, the site only mentions the Sun, but I think the star in general too sometimes. 25° cancer can be quite manipulative as well. Also keep in mind that just because someone doesn't have these placement doesn't necessarily mean he's honest. Lying is extremely common these days.
