hey guys I do breathing exercises day to day and open up my chakras every 3 but have no other routine meditations or exersices, what would you guys recommend I start doing day to day
Cleaning of the soul 2 times a day if not more if around people.
Spinning the chakras.
Working on the front, middle and back of the chakras
Yoga,
Rtr's
And if there's any kind of working you want to do to improve an area, then you can do that.Can study also and do work outs to for the body to stay healthy and become stronger.
