Crown chakra headache

Whenever I do the opening of the crown meditation I get this intense headache that last for a day. Last night was bad because I kept waking up as the pain grew until it was at its worse in the day time so i just rested throughout the day. Now it feels a little better but I'm not sure if I should continue. I feel like my third eye is open but I've been trying to open my crown and 6th. I usually just feel pressure but no bliss feeling. The difference this time is I haven't been empowering my chakras because i was just focused on cleaning and i haven't been doing yoga. Last night I did 90 reps of vishudhi on my crown when i usually just do 9. Then i did the opening of my crown and 6th chakra. Why do I get a headache? Do I have to do a month of yoga and chakra empowerment first before trying to open them?

MAN, STOP THIS!! This is so wrong on every level. YOU WILL DAMAGE YOURSELF MENTALLY!! Did you read JoS carefully?

OPENING OF CHAKRAS IS FIRST STEP TO DO ANY KIND OF CHAKRA WORKING.You open each of your major chakras first. Only then proceed with cleaning and empowering of individual chakra. Cleaning is first , empowering comes later.
If you empower chakras without cleaning , you will empower dross and negativity they hold as well, which you already did.
Empowering entire soul is different thing.

Start by opening each of them. The intense headache is the energy stuck. It generally goes away by opening of heart (if you have worked upon 6th and throat), from my experience, but i can not say about 90 reps.
90 reps on one chakra when you havent even opened your chakras, can you even feel that chakra anymore?

I m surprised how you didnt drop down unconscious. Maybe past life meditations has made you handle this much energy or maybe the side effects are yet to follow.

This was really stupid.

You overstimulate and do not do yoga.

Instead, stimulate appropriate amount for your level and do yoga every day.

When I opened my 6th Chakra I had the worst headache ever for a whole day.
And when I started with meditations, It felt like someone is pushing metel into my head when I meditated on my crown.

Bliss will come after a time of meditation, which could take a while.
