Doing daily aura cleansing and strengthening is mandatory both in the morning and before sleep. I am aware that you must focus and concentrate of visualizing the feeling of bright light around you and then around all your chakras. I had a few questions concerning this fact.

When we "visualize" this bright light, do we imagine it on our body or do we visualize it in our mind?

I also have had much trouble with fully concentrating on the feeling of my aura and visualizing it without other thoughts going back and forth. Is there any specific way to stop these thoughts, such as breathing exercises before the aura Cleanse or such? I am aware all good comes with time and I know this will all take time, but I want to make sure I am doing this correctly and not wasting time on doing in wrong.

Thank you so much to all, and HAIL SATAN!

I hope I'm understanding your first question correctly. When visualizing - imagine that you can see yourself engulfed in the bright light, essentially lighting up your entire being and radiating out of you into your Aura. Visualise it getting brighter and brighter. You can also visualize a powerful ball or beam of bright energy above your head, and move it down through each of your Chakras, starting with the Crown, and affirm that it is deeply cleansing you as it goes. It should light up each Chakra as it moves down. In time, you will feel the energy radiating around you. It feels like a buzz, and is a very positive and uplifting sensation.

As far as preventing a wondering mind, you should practice Void Meditation. Over time, this will teach you to still your thoughts and achieve higher levels of focus. In this day and age, we are constantly over stimulated by the outside environment and used to 1001 external distractions, so we have forgotten how to pin point our focus within. Void Meditation will help you to re-train your mind.

Thank you so much!

I wanted to chime in on this. I have always had the gift of a very vivid imagination, and was a frequent maladaptive daydreamer when I was a teenager (as an escape from my life at the time). Since beginning my meditation practice, even before JOS, visualization has always came naturally to me. I wanted to give you a couple pointers, and this is just how I do it but I do hope this helps you as well:
When I'm visualizing light encompassing my aura/chakras, I feel it helps me personally to turn my attention to the location I'm targetting. This can be done by moving your eyes behind your closed eyelids in the general direction of what you are targetting, or just turning your head in the direction of what you are targetting and keeping the eyes still. In the case of the total aura, which surrounds our entire body, I just visualize my body in my mind, surrounded by the light, and sometimes I'll try to feel the warmth or sensation of the light itself (as we are taught here, energy follows where your focus goes, so you can actually feel the physical sensations of the light once your psychic senses open up). And in the case of envisioning chakras within the head area, I do the same; visualize in my mind the light surrounding said area.
I hope this helps you, and if you need more pointers, I'm happy to help 🥰
