Communications have never been my strong suit...

I would like to know how to contact Father and speak with him... It cant be as easy as simply speaking out loud as it was in the xians church can it?
I have a few questions for him that im embarrased i even have to ask but the fact is that i do or i will never advance in anything.
Please help you guys have been wonderful so far every question ive thrown out has been answered (and i know ive asked a lot of questions) i looked on the JOS site but i am not very good with technology or with locating information. Please help me im nearly desperate to have these questions answered!
