When you breath energy into your chakra, how are you supposed to visualize the chakra?

this might not be 100% but a way that it works for me is to envision yourself inside a vast sphere of whatever energy your trying to work with feel it all around you, and when you breath in feel it come though your whole body to the point your focusing on, i view my chakras as spheres as well that are constantly revolving. hope this helps and if anyone wants to add to this your more then welcome, always looking for ways to improve
