hey, im new to satatnism. i am meditating about 2 or 3 times a day, and i have a couple questions about it. like, the website says how we shouldnt overdo breathing exercises, is it the same with meditation, because i want to meditate as much as i can. another question i have; im having trouble visualizing, and i know its very important for some spells and meditations, can someone help me out there? are there tricks to focus and concentration that one might want to share? there is a lot of noise in my house, and it makes it hard to concentrate.
