hello everybody can somebody show me hhow to meditate  ive read everything on joy of  satan but i cant work round my disease which gives me 24/7 pain not even tramadoll erases it completely i have a 43 degree scoliosiscan anybody  here help please

Do yoga, clean your aura, build an aura of protection, open your chakras, etc.
