Can the God's create planets, and a question about their teachings in other solar systems.

Are the planet's in our solar system things which naturally formed or a creation of the God's?

I was wondering how different the people on other solar systems must be, and if their planetary energies being different from our own would alter the teachings and philosophy or mythology the God's teach in those places tailored to their nature.

And whether or not something like Phaeton could/would be restored at a more prudent time... what did we lose of ourselves from Phaeton being destroyed?

Naturally.

Well of course they are different energies comparing to here, it can't be all exact same , isn't it ? Nothing can be truly identical energetically speaking.

That's something to be discovered by yourself and how would that help and affect you anyways?

more prudent time
And when do you think that more 'prudent time' would be?
what did we lose of ourselves from Phaeton being destroyed?
Are you referring from the past or from the possible future?

The God's provide us with what appear to be "universal laws" - now, my question is whether or not these universal laws can actually be applied as such considering the varying nature of races and people's living in different solar systems/planets, or if there is a degree of alteration to accomodate for said differences (on Earth and elsewhere).

Knowledge.

The future.

The past.

For me, more interesting questions are, how, and more importantly, why? Because creating, managing and destroying something in such a scale has enormous consequences and so forth.
How, I have no idea, but why:
- To restore an imbalance of energies (e.g., Phaeton being destroyed), what if it was Venus? Would we lose our art, beauty, romanticism, and love etc., because that would inevitably cause huge obstacles in raising the serpent and other spiritual abilities, for example, as well as the obvious psychological imbalances.
