This is true. My intentions when I constantly post for people to do the RTRs isn't for people like you guys but for the newer people and the lazy ones that have been here for a while and we know these people are around.

ShadowTheRaven, I mostly meant to make sure you're meditating and doing other spiritual practices and also positive physical things. For instance in your case would be your talent in making music. Make it grow thru meditation and advancing in the mean time you're isolating yourself. If this is what you're doing. Thats just a kind recommendation. Hope you don't take it the wrong way somehow ha ha.
