Hi, i just want to know if its normal to fell the buzz of energy Almost instantaniously, like when u do the Breating yogue complete i fell after some breaths this buzz trough all my body, others times i do some 4 or five fundamental breathing and i fell it in less than one minute and When i have the buzz Im likely to stop the meditation and rest is it ok? It could BE recomended on the program to do more after a while to keep raising the energy but if i do it better instead of doing more i dont Need to do much more isnt? Quality Over quantity i believe
 
Like you said, quality over quantity. Focus as much time as you're comfortable feeling the buzz. This is all good, even if you perform more reps and the buzz is the same. Just do whatever feels comfortable to you, especially concerning breathing techniques.

I usually just program the energy to grow me stronger like
"My vibration is raising exponentially and constantly in the most benefic and efficient ways for me." x8

And then continue with my routine
