I've recently heard of the blood type diet, but after searching informations about it I can't understand if it's something valuable or made-up nonsense. To most mainstream doctors looks like it is, but of course, I don't trust mainstream. This doesn't even mean that anything against mainstream is true, tho, so I'm pretty helpless about this.
