Black Mirror empowerment

I have a question about this ritual.
On the page, the instructions are a bit unclear.

What's going on there? It seems like a step is missing.

After you have circulated the energy between your third eye and the solar chakra, Leave it in the solar chakra. After you have placed the paper blablablabla you take the energy you left in you solar chakra and release it into the mirror.

Basically at the end of the circuling move it to the solar chakra, and end the visualization, and do what it says after.
After you have done what it said visualize again the energy in your solar chakra as you did and where you left it (stored it) release it into the mirror and vibrate what it says.
