Family Big Bro Turned Enemy

So I have this brother who's so irritating and annoying, he's always abusing the weak and the vulnerable.

At first I thought he was doing it only to us in the family, but turns out he's doing it to the outsiders also, age, gender, race and colour not restricted.

His abuse goes to the extreme when he's drunk. Whatever he does to me doesn't concern me at all. What really gives me cancer however, is when he starts beating my mother (60), and went on to beat my father, who's frail right now due to old age (72)

I know, one will say "but there are laws, you can call them and open a case", sure thanks a lot. We tried that.
He's not connected, but having spent 7 years in Zion Churches serving people spiritually, delivering them using the ways and methods of that Church(teas,roots, grocery,etc), he finally gathered the experience he's using that to make "spells", which repel any negativity coming his way.

He is also helped by the witch doctors to earn favour in the sight of men. Even at home when we all have had it with him, we will still find ourselves sharing pleasantries with him.

Yeah I wish I could give him a perfect arse whooping, but sure, I'm scared of him.
Terrified. He's strong I'm frail, he has muscles I'm thin, he's tall I'm short, he's streetwise I am bookwise.

I caught him last week, performing one of his rituals, calling the names of my parents, and cursing them, asking death to take them, in the name of that filthy idiot Jewhovah and Jewsarse!

It really pains me to see things like this, I am 24 he's 34, he's not working. Depending on the people he would like to kill.
Yesterday he came again drunk, started masquerading as a mosquito, making so much noice, and threatening to take away their lives.
Sayin' since they blocked his success with their fellow coven members (he's thinking they are bewitching him), he will burn this house to the ground, and funny thing is, me and my other siblings (sisters) were there hoping for the best!

I'm scared of him, and people also seem to be scared of him, maybe it has something to do with the methods he learned when he was in Zionism.(he still is, but this time he's not a full-time member)

Any sort of help would be great, and I appreciate it deeply.
Maybe someone knows spells...?

I would also tell you not to be afraid of some more or less advanced death magic, but it's up to you. I would do something like that before he is the cause of someone's death. But always proceed legally (death magic is promoted by Law, unlike physical actions that could get you into trouble).

(most people project on themselves some actor, if you pay attention to that). He is not consciously aware of this but I am sure he wants to resemble someone else. If you undermine the power of that idol, for example showing him by coincidence how irrelevant and weak that actor/idol is, you will cause him to weaken on the long run. Then... casting a spell to let him loose his confidence will work better. For example, using the Uruz rune to deprive him of his martial energies (*) and self esteem. Then also binding with Isa rune so he is not able to do jewish magick around.

Since you're not just binding him (which is Saturn in nature, thanks to HPS Lydia clarifying that), but also trying to make him lose things (cursing) is of Mars. I'd say to wait until Mars Retrograde is over.

When I say Church of Zion I am referring to the Zionism, which is Jewish. So he's using Jewish methods to do as he pleases.

Sure. I will do that, and what totally makes my kneecaps weak is that I once recorded him, and before I could do anything with that evidence my cellphone got stolen—just like that!
I don't know if he's protected by powerful forces or those Jewish rituals are really that powerful!
But I will try different approach this time.

Record him, and then move the recording right inside a new memory card, and then put it safely where his magic won't detect it.
