Mandatory | Optional |
Aura Cleaning x2: when you wake up and before going to sleep. This is important, as you accumulate dirt while sleeping and during your day-to-day life. Just like you would have a shower when your body is dirty (hopefully, you have one every day and at the very least wash your face and torso in the morning), you can consider aura cleaning your shower or bath. | Aura Cleaning: any time you're in touch with crowds or many people or just feel like you are dirty. |
Aura of Protection x2: when you wake up and before going to sleep, after doing your Aura Cleaning. You wouldn't go out without clothes and coats/jackets to protect you from the weather, you definitely shouldn't go anywhere without tending to your AoP. It needs to be strong at all times, to protect against enemy attacks and other people's energy.
As Lady Maxine says: "Negative energy causes accidents, sickness, and depression." So you don't want it soiling your beautiful soul. | Extra AoP: you can choose to do an extra AoP to create an extra layer o protection |
Void Meditation: at least once a day, to develop your focus, which is one of the most important assets not only spiritually but also in other aspects of your life. |
Foundation Meditation: as Lady Maxine said, this "is a very important meditation as it helps us to learn to feel and absorb energy, which is essential to using the powers of your mind and soul." |
Hatha Yoga: Lady Maxine's suggested routine is phenomenal because it address every chakra and builds over flexibility. Keeping up the same growth pattern that is described in the 40-days programme. Some people prefer doing it in the morning because it's natural to stretch your body when you wake up. Every vertebrate animal does that and humans instinctively still do it too, to a level.
Other people prefer doing it in the evening because it relaxes you and balances you, preparing you to sleep. It's nice to stretch at the end of the day, after all, because your body naturally shrinks a little bit during the day due to tiredness. Both are equally good times, so it's your choice. | Hatha Yoga: if you do your mandatory session in the morning, you can do the optional one in the evening, and viceversa. Some people, like me, also love doing it after a physical training session. |
Kundalini Yoga: the spinal series routine keeping the same growth pattern described in the 40-days programme too. Same here. You have a choice whether to do it in the morning or in the evening. Some people prefer the morning because it gives them a strong spark of life to start their day with. Others are naturally lively or prefer to do physical training instead to achieve the same goal.
The pros of doing it in the evening is the darkness helping you get into a deeper level which helps with spiritual things in general. Other people will have other reasons for doing it in the evening. I also like doing it before physical training because it increase energies throughout the body and improves body-mind coordination. | Freeing the Soul working or a Purification routine based on the Witches' Sabbat: these are very important as purifying your soul is necessary for advancing. The purer your soul is, the easier is for the energies to flow and multiply.
As for FTS, that is necessary as many of us have accumulated harmful karma in some areas of our lives. This type of working will uproot and dissolve that karma, which in turns allows you to make personal advancements faster in your own external and internal life. |
Chakra Work: quoting Lady Maxine here: "should be included in each meditation session as this is necessary to empower your aura and soul." You need to work an all chakras every day, for the rest of your life. They need to be fed, just like your body needs food. Fasting damages the human body, just like skipping chakra work will damage your soul in the long run. | A personal working to further an area of your life or working on a specific spiritual skill that you are interested in developing. |
A Breathing Exercise of your choice. Lady Maxine says: "Breathing exercises are essential to any meditation program." | Targeting a specific chakra with a yoga routine by HPS Lydia. |
