At the current value of the cryptocurrency, the total transactions stand at around 3.42 million euros. The transactions are accompanied by cryptographic messages that allude to an alleged conspiracy involving mind control and neurotechnology.​

The individual responsible for these operations has been identified as Hu Lezhi, an alleged entrepreneur and programmer of Chinese origin. The messages attached to the transactions outline a system of surveillance and manipulation, of which Hu claims to have been a victim since birth. The first documented transfer was on February 10, 2025, for $26,752, accompanied by a message that read:

“There is a new type of crime in which the victim is progressively deprived of their will until they become a digital slave. If I ever reach the final stage, I will leave this world.”

Later, other transactions included more detailed statements, including:

“The directors of Kuande Investment, Feng Xin and Xu Yuzhi, have used neuro-technological weapons to persecute all current and former employees of the company and are also being monitored.”

In a further message, Hu Lezhi stated that he had suffered two years of suffering due to this alleged surveillance:

“I am Hu Lezhi, a programmer and entrepreneur. Since 2022, I have realized that I am being monitored and manipulated by a secret organization. When I realized this, their actions against me intensified. I have lost all dignity as a human being. I have decided to leave this world and hope this system collapses.”

The incident has sparked considerable interest in the cryptocurrency industry. On the X platform (formerly Twitter), a profile attributed to Hu Lezhi shared the messages published on the blockchain. However, the same account launched a memecoin on Pump.fun, raising questions about the authenticity of the initiative. Some users suspect that the account may have been created by opportunists who intend to exploit the situation for profit. Meanwhile, Hu Lezhi’s Ethereum address has received numerous messages in response, including:

- Messages of solidarity from users who claim to have had similar experiences.
- Appeals from neurotechnology experts, inviting Hu Lezhi to contact them.
- Requests for money from individuals asking for direct donations.

Currently, Hu Lezhi's identity is unverifiable and it is unclear whether this is a promotional campaign, a genuine complaint, or some other form of action. However, the destruction of $1.5 million and the donation of over 711 ETH to Wikileaks make this one of the most expensive and mysterious operations ever recorded on the Ethereum blockchain.

Technologies related to the control of the human mind are no longer a distant utopia, but are now a reality, as demonstrated by initiatives such as Elon Musk's Neuralink.
