i am in a situation where currently i have to live with xions christins can all rituals sabbaths and any worship take please their is their anything that needs to be done in reality?

You can work in your own privacy, maybe set aside some time at night to do rituals while the others are sleeping? or maybe just when you have some time alone. Meditation is personal, and can pretty much be done anywhere and anytime. I'm sure if you try you can figure something out. But if your really worried about being caught or something, why not just be subtle about your workings.
