astral hearing

How does it feels like to hear the astral?
Last night I layed in my bed and I focused upon my ears, it felt like the energies from woth sides of my head were connected and I heard strange sounds and different frequencies in my head. Was this the astral?

in order to astral hear is all what you have to do is to focus on your chakras on the left and right side of the head and make them strong until you feel that they are connected?
Is each minorchakra of clairaudiance responsible for different types of frequencies?

Or am I just fantasizing things right now? xD

Actually, since starting to open my astral senses, I also will sometimes hear weird random sounds when I try and tune in. it doesn't happen very often but I'm curious what others will say. These are good meditations to open your astral hearing and sight.

Hello again Ninrick,
I did the meditation as described on the JOS page years ago and it DOES work.

I visualize each point as a miniature golden sun and imagine it shining intensely with each exhale.

My experiences with this meditation made me hear 'voices' before I feel asleep and upon awakening from sleep. In other words- I was really relaxed. The voices i heard were like a bunch of radio stations and TV channels playing all at once. Which just might have been the case in it making me be able to listen to various types of frequencies.

I also heard various types of music and thunder crashing. These energy points also work to increase your intuition.
