So I did a bit of meditation to clean my energy then I went to bed I had 2 dreams (as i remember)when one dream was finishing I felt like my body move from somewhere to my room then my bed and exactly when I hitted my bed I woke up. it happened with the two dreams.
i was wondering if my dreams happened in the astral because i very felt my astral me coming back in my bed (im new since the 5 february and didnt suceed in astral projection yet)
