Meditation and Yoga have been great benefactors to not only my soul, but my mental health as well. However, due too my interest in exercise, my ADHD, and in all honesty I am just aggressive by nature, Is there a way to either use the energy I burn on a daily basis to aid my aura/chakras? Or can I enter a meditative state whilst being active? Note, with that last question I'm asking if I can get that same cleansing or "buzz" while being active that I do while I'm meditating?
