Yes, they are called Jews. There are also non-Jews who are closely associated with Jews. Most notably shabbos goyim doing tasks for the Jews that Jews themselves can not do during certain times, or at all due to their beliefs. These people are not Jews in essence, but you could say that most if not all of these people are so closely associated that there is little difference energetically speaking.
