Are the Janduz degrees accurate?

Broadly speaking a lot of these seem to be quite true to me, though I doubt they're as true as what JoS says about degrees.

Someone I know for a fact who is extremely sexually depraved and uses sex to make money off of vulnerable people - their Sun sign is at 11 degrees of Sagittarius which according to Janduz conveys someone who may trample over others to fulfill their sexual or financial needs. Their retrograde Mars and their Venus back this up with very similar degrees. Pluto degree also indicates driven by greed.

i find about 3 or 4 of them in my chart to be scary accurate. i assume you saw them on astrotheme, in that case they have a couple little write ups about this topic.
