The first thing to do is to recognise the symptoms. Find and recognise what is causing the anxiety and problems. The essence of Spiritual Work is to analyse the problem perfectly so that the energies are directed to the right place.

But if you are aware of the problems, you can do Rune work with situational affirmations, for example, the Thorn Rune is constructive for healing if you use it for this purpose. AoP and Aura Protection, Void Meditation for anxiety.

Lifestyle change to constructive, letting go of past emotions, healing trauma, or even a Sun square with appropriate affirmations for the right energies.

Sowilo Rune combined with Thorn for example may be appropriate, both are quite intense Runes. Herbal teas, daily meditations, self-improvement.

Most of the damage done by using drugs can be healed by lifestyle changes. Eating well enough of nutritious food and sleeping well and enough. Throw some physical exercise into the mix and even better.

Taking this further, meditation, yoga etc. will give you an edge in healing and even going beyond your previous limits.

In short, time, healthy habits and the 8-fold path.

I don't know your level of advancement so I will be more of a suggestion,after that you evaluate,based on your experience what is best to do .


Self-producing energy with targeted affirmation and white gold color(to me personally it helped a lot)

Earth element invocation for L anxiety,to calm the mind and stay grounded

Fire element invocation to overcome one's fears.

Rune isa,to calm the mind and manage thoughts,accompany with intense meditation of emptiness


Rune thauris for courage and strength. This increases self-confidence also and helps for L performance anxiety (not sure if it can be helpful for chronic anxiety complexes )


Meditation on the seal of father satan,feel his energy and a healthy touch.



Consume chamomile tea at night before going to sleep,it helps to relax the nerves. Also herbal tea with lemon balm or hawthorn(make sure you are not allergic to any of these before making an infusion,be sure it is important )

Holy Basil (Tulsi) extract powder 2-3x per day.
Magnesium Glycinate 2-3x per day.
Epsom salt ritual cleansing bath 1-4x per month.
Long, slow deep breathing meditations.
Alternate nostril breathing.
Eliminate sources of stress and excess stimuli.
Long walks in the park/hiking.
Yoga.
 
While the Doctor would say Xanax, I would say meditation. Meditation music can help there initially.
But also running (feels refreshing afterwards, and is good before meditation), asanas and breathing exercises.
Having someone good to talk to also helps off course.
And turn of the TV. The Nordic Resistance Movement often calls TV "the digital Jew". True that.

1. Chronic anxiety and paranoid behavior/thinking is a negative manifestation of the air element.
You need to be grounded in your mind and thoughts. Invoking the earth element will help. And affirm something like "My mind is filled with positive energy and positive thoughts."

2. Do the Sun/Moon (Altnerate Nostril) Breathing. This will harmonize both sides of your mind. Giving you clear and calm thoughts.

3. Vibrate Satanama. Satanama is very powerful mantra that balances our entire mind and soul. It is physically and mentally healing.
