I've been empowering the base chakra (with the rune Thor) for quite a bit, and now i feel a pretty annoying pressure on that area. I started doing the "repressed anger" exercises a few days ago so i don't know if it's going to help yet..i was wondering if doing the RTRs may help with this (regardless of their actual goal)? Like, can you ACTUALLY pur anger in those rituals and maybe feel better after? Any similar experiences? I'm not in love with the idea of exploding and going crazy and start beating the shit out of random people. Cheers

Any kind of outlet for anger works. Art, sports training, sexual activity even, and yes, rituals too. Just find your way of expressing yourself and do it in a healthy manner.

Good job on working mantras and empowering the base chakra. If you feel built up pressure it could be a blockage. You could try the EZ Chakra Spin meditation and work on cleaning them. After your RTRs I'd also recommend you do a thorough cleaning which can be found here: https://ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?t=12572

I can't say with authority that RTRs help release repressed anger but they do for me. I release my hatred during vibrations, visualizing the destruction of Hebrew letters (crumbling apart).

The part where I feel a complete release is the affirmations at the end of rituals. Meditating on emptiness for a minute and affirming that the destructive forces of the Jewish curses are gone gives me a peaceful feeling.

This is where RTRs are useful for releasing anger. You vent out emotions first and you heal after. Too many times people commonly think that the former is all that is needed (like screaming into a pillow, venting through writing/typing, physical exercise, etc).
It is equally important to do some healing/grounding. The opposite of the fire element is water (healing, love, harmony, imagination, indulgence, pleasure, psychic awareness/dreams, etc).

I hope this offers some help and sorry if it sounds convoluted. In the end I find that moderation and balance in everything is key. I tend to take things to extremes and this leads to a state of entropy. For myself, I found that structure and self discipline is an effective way out of this.
