So I’m convinced I may be suffering from allergies is been a few weeks and I get this burning sensation/itchy in my sinuses but no runny nose and urge but unable to sneeze. I was wondering if I can manage my symptoms without taking antihistamines/allergy sprays or will be bound to take these meds for this issue? I just wanna find relief I’m currently eating fruits and garlic to fight this allergy and using nasal saline spray. Now I still don’t know If I have allergies, symptoms are inflamed sinuses, eyes feel swollen, burning sensation in sinuses, slight pressure in forehead and cheeks that come and goes.I have an appointment with ent real soon hopefully I can find the roof cause of my issue.

Is there anything new in your home that you might have an allergy too? I once had a similar reaction to something, I think it was shampoo or body wash or something that I had to throw out. Check your laundry detergent, or any fragrances. There are a lot of irritants in many people's homes that they don't even know about. Also clean your bed blankets etc, there could be something irritating on it.

If it's an allergy to something in nature, it will likely pass soon when the season changes.

Hold the Lung 7 or Large Intestine 4 points, which are both very useful for these symptoms. The burning sensations are from inflammation, which is a fire-based pathogens. Therefore, you can direct Laguz at this, which has detoxifying effects.

Now is the season for this type of stuff, which is why people get sick around this time. In the fall, the weather becomes dry, windy, and colder, which can hamper the circulation and cause a build up of pathogens in the body.

If Laguz can cool heat then should it be used with a waning moon, so as to "remove" heat from the body?

It might be seasonal because it happened as soon fall started but ima put close attention of any irritants in my house that can cause allergy symptoms. I always try to keep my room and sheets clean since dust mites could be a culprit as well being exposed to less dust mites is always better. Hopefully you’re right and it’s only seasonal, thankfully my symptoms are not that severe and it doesn’t interfere with my sleep since sleeping should be first priority in anyones health.

Will try this out! It could be seasonal and allergies seem to creep around this time, luckily it doesn’t interfere with my sleep so im so grateful for that! It’s still annoying dealing with this tho. Im trying my best to boost my immune system the best of my ability to help fight allergies without taking antihistamine meds, they can do more harm than good in the long run I’m sure of it!
