from my point of view, giving each chakra individual attention, is more strengthening. when you give energy to all the chakras at once, the power is shared between them though. but asi see it this way, if you were to do the "sharing" method longer than the individual method then the outcome would be the same in the end. but i prefer to give them individual attention. hope this helped.
