Is the information written here valid? Regarding metals and transformation into gold, which is related to the perfecting of the soul, is the attainment a secret kept by the gods? Or does it happen with the completion of Kundalini work?

When you are close to the Gods, and as you advance, the Gods will show you alchemical knowledge by experience. This is what understanding comes from.
The soul has an anatomy, which you have to open, so it can do it's job.
