Any pose that you feel like you should do and can do. This in mind, look for yoga page on JoS and start thinking what you can do. There should be certain types of poses in the full sequence for it to make the most sense, but individual poses are up to each and everyone to decide. You can also do guided yoga sessions to get into yoga. There are more than enough yoga videos online, and going to a yoga class is an option as well. And with effectiveness in mind, by holding poses longer you get more of a response, of course. Relax, and enjoy!
