about third eye meditation

and so i come to third eye meditation and my question is is it better to meditate outside at night? (i live in the countryside and can afford it) or is it better to meditate indoors.. and also is 7pm a good time for meditation?

it's up to you. try both and do what you feel better. Any time of day is good to meditation, if you want to know what time is "best" to meditate on 6th chakra, see planet times, meditate on moon hours. But if you can't in that time, you can do meditate in any other planet hours, still effective and fine. Some time in a year there will be a great day to meditate on 6th, see the calendar in jos-astro. Just remember to do not start any meditation program when it's first started on void moon. the next (2nd time, 3rd time etc) are fine under void moon

Meditation for the higher chakras is better done after sunset but can be done at any time. Outside? If there is no disturbance, then it's certainly a good option.
