RTRs do not protect you. They can remove negativity from your soul, curses and so on, but you need to do AoP for protection. Despite of spiritual protection you will still have problems with people here and there, as the world is full of idiots.

RAUM for cleaning and Algiz for protection should be ok, but look at the forum and the website yourself, these have been discussed many times.

You can make a set of 3 runes from this page (I recommend Algiz, Kenaz, Wunjo, in that order. Protection, charisma/attraction, reward).
Vibrate one rune after the other and you have done 1 set. I recommend you do this 40 times. Should take less than 10 minutes, even if it sounds a lot.

You can also affirm a sentence before the runes, such as "I am always fully protected in the physical and spiritual realms and no threat dares to disturb me.". State this 9 times with strong intent.

You can also say "HAIL SATAN!" at the end for more energy and power, as well as to thank Satan for the ritual.

I don't know how long you have been meditating, but maybe wait a couple of months before using RAUM because it can be a bit too powerful for a beginner, you can do cleaning with visualization instead for now.

Consistent meditation has excatly this side effect.

You grow in understanding, you become grounded, you keep your cool even in the most hectic Situations.

When you are on this level/mode, you will not be fazed by negative people and you will not resonate with them.

Everything has to do with resonance. When someone unhappy is letting out his negativity and self-hatred unto you, who is a peace with yourself and happy, he wont get a Reaction.

When however, 2 negative people cross paths, they will resonante and really wave up their own negativity.

When you meditate you avoid this, because you step above this and have inner strength

I recommend you do it before so that the energy of the runes is directed more clearly, as waiting to affirm your desire after vibrating the runes can waste a lot of their energy.

18, 20, 30, 36, 40, 88, 100, 121, 169 are good ones too.

Then you should read through the meditation and witchcraft sections of JoS, not to mention other sections.

been meditating since 2021 but ofc haven t meditated everyday , at least 1 day was taking a break.

In general, rituals for building, preserving, and anything positive you want to implement, should be done on a waxing moon.
Rituals for destroying, detaching, and anything negative you want to remove, should be done on a waning moon.

This means that, for protection, you should start on a waning moon, the next one begins on April 9th.
For banishing, detaching, wieght loss, breaking free from restrictions, you can do the rituals now, before the 8th of April.
