About communication with gods

Hi everyone.

When talking using telepathy, can the God hear everything in my mind. I mean, if during the communication I think "wow, it's working" or if I'm thinking about a song, can the God hear that too or only he/she can only hear the things we want them to hear?

They are not like some unknowing human...
