About Astral Temple, GD.

Hello and Greetings

I'm in a situation that i can't even do meditatons 'cause i don't have a quiet and safe place to do and ect. . And i never done a meditation since i feel as a SS and being a dedicated SS ( Since Fourth of July ) 'Cause of these problems. I don't know the right time to meet my GD and do an Astral Temple of my own i don't even know if i can do these. How can i do it ? And should i do it in the very begginning.

You can do it if you are able to. You need good imagination. Before doing it, try imagining being in a random place, see, feel, hear as if you were there. Practice this a little before doing it. You need to be completely relaxed, and in a trance, put some time into this.

The really good meditations are done sitting down. You can meditate anywhere at anytime. I like trying to meditate while walking because there is so many distractions its challenging. Obviously meditating while sitting will get you into a deeper trance. You can also do yoga and breathing exercises most people won't care and leave you alone. Third option is to meditate as you are going to sleep. Just lay down and try to keep body still with the mind awake while meditating (this works with astral projection techniques). The only time you might get in trouble is doing mantras out loud if there are people around. Breathing exercises and meditation can be done anywhere. As for distractions, learning to meditate with them might take longer, at the same time its a valuable skill blocking them out.

And yes, you need to have done and practice some visualization exercises , the 6 months and 40 days schedule have those. Look them up.

The best time to meet your GD is anytime when you're feeling ready and wishing to do so, ask Father Satan to connect you with your DG and give you a connection and symbols and sings , Tell Him that you wish to meet your GD because your reason is important , and it also must be important indeed , like wanting to advance for instance.

For both of those two things , this requires time and practice , the chances for someone new to second day just start his astral temple and already speak to His/Her DG are very small so therefore I advise meditating and advancing some more but yes, you can always try to get in touch with the GD and Father Satan at any time, there's no specific times for this.
