i red in hells army group that some forms of taichi were corrupted... so im currently practicing "taicheng". Its a fitness program from beachbody.com created by Mark Cheng consisting in 18 forms. Its been like 5 months and i didn´t feel anything wrong about it. He said that we should feel the energy buss in our hands while we do the forms. I have seen many reviews and its seem okay. so i was wondering if this program its also a shit or it is okay to keep practising it? what do you think about it? thx
