a few astrology questions

Without discerning too much personal info:
1 - I have a square aspect between 2 planets with an orb of separation of 9.04 degrees, as such it is not included in our astrology website due to being more than 9 degrees away. Should I count it/ pay attention to it anyway? To what extent should we be strict on orbs of separation?

2 - Transiting Saturn conjunct Natal Neptune - having no discernable effect on my spirituality or personal fears. A positive sign of sublimating the energy of Saturn??

3 - Any ideas on how Mars/Caput Algol will interact with an opposition?

4 - How powerful is the inconjunct? I remember HPS Maxine saying it was a major aspect at one point; more powerful than a trine then?

1. Yes it can still be in effect, sometimes to a full 10 degree. I've seen this play out in some people's charts.

2. No effects, great, it means you are likely doing well and have done spiritual cleaning, have a good AoP, etc. Be alert still if Saturn retrogrades over, sometimes that's when it manifests more.

3. Same as with conjunction.

4. It depends on the planets. I've talked about this in email with HPS Maxine, it is not necessarily the aspect that matters. She has mentioned this in the yahoo groups too. This is from Vedic where they say certain aspects are more powerful or beneficial than others, this is wrong. I have also seen this in my personal transits over the years, and others as well. Even the sextile can be very powerful, depending on the planets. It depends on how the planets involved integrate, or if there is disharmony, and if there is a repeating pattern in the chart that enhances it, or nullifies it. (This applies to both natal and transits.) This is why computer-generated charts are not accurate, there needs to be intuition involved in the reading of a chart. It is not straightforward like math, for example.
