No that's not what I meant, maybe my question was badly formulated.
What I wanted was to know about others experiences.

Where I live people are a bit more spiritually inclined and aware these things are not uncommon. Things like bewitchment, sex magic, light theft and what you call energy ripping (although we don't call it like that)

Despite these things I grew up in a family where these things were considered nonsense, I believe in it but part of my mind is still shackled due to what was repeated to me over and over

I even suffered from energy ripping but it was a bit different since I was attacked in my dreams, the pains I suffered in the dreams followed me into reality each time with nasty consequences afterwards.

Learning the method here made me a bit skeptical, is it just that? An attack just based on visualization and the mind?
When energy is ripped, how do I know that I've obtained energy and that it's time to purify it?

That's why I'm asking and I'd like to know about others who have tried it and succeeded.
If I do it myself it won't work, it's a psychic attack so I need to believe in it 100%

What do you mean by "just that"? The mind, contrary to the common materialistic worldview, is not separate from the world. Everything is interconnected. The mind affects and creates reality.

This has been explained in many books, so if you would like to expand and blow your mind you should read books like The Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot and The Field by Lynne McTaggart. I literally had to stop at least 10 minutes to mentally digest the info when reading each chapter of those books, because the information there completely blew my mind.

When energy is ripped, how do I know that I've obtained energy and that it's time to purify it?

Pay attention to your feelings and intuition, you will feel it.

What do you mean by "just that"? The mind, contrary to the common materialistic worldview, is not separate from the world. Everything is interconnected. The mind affects and creates reality.

Sorry if I was a bit rude, here most people are spiritually aware but have no magickal strength when they're just by themselves, there's always some external help involved and there's no real concept of growing vril.
And those who seem more capable when they're alone were just born like that or were somehow blessed.

What I'm learning here is a bit different to what I'm familiar with.

Energy ripping is basically just using foundation meditation as a weapon, its honestly very easy it justs somewhat advanced because if they are spiritually stronger than you, their aura will retaliate and you will suffer.

Honestly it seems pointless to me, anybody I would choose to curse I would have 0 interest in having any of their energy whatsoever, it would be an outright downgrade but its a useful skill to learn so that you can feel when it happens to you.

Heres a tip to prove it to you, do the foundation meditation for 30 minutes build up a lot of energy and then pray to Satan or your Guardian Demon to take this energy for Satan's benefit I call this tributing energy, you will then feel your aura drained, when a Demon does this its not unpleasant but it is very noticeable, once your aware of the feeling you will be aware if its happening to you.

Bonus points its a noob friendly way to assist the Gods I did it loads when I was new.

After that you will know its a legitmate technique, but IMO I wouldnt use it on people especially the enemy its like eating sewage as their souls are dross.
