I'm so boring, brown eyes, curly brown hair...just, there's nothing cool or exciting about me, I wish I was blonde ( and light colors don't look good on me, like blonde hair) with blue or green eyes...I just wish I was another pretty girl, not a boring girl.

A lot of men prefer brown eyes and dark hair on women. Don't dye your hair if it won't look good on you.

You can wear clothing colors that look good on you, and accessories. Many women with your coloring look very attractive when wearing the best colors for them :)

Honestly, I am completely sure that you are not less beautiful because you are not blonde. Also, sometimes comparing ourselves to predefined standards (which often do not even exist, but are personal paranoias) is only misleading for our purposes and for who we really want to be. Making this kind of comparison distracts you from yourself. Also in this sense, I suggest you evaluate yourself better. :D

I strongly doubt the "I'm not blonde, I'm automatically boring" statement. There is much more in a person, and hair color is not in itself related to the realistic evaluation of a person. Let me explain further:

just wish I was another pretty girl, not a boring girl

In addition to the answers you have already received, I would like to add this link:

That's so true. I say this as a man: I know many men who greatly prefer brunettes to blondes. And they're not even a few "exceptional" cases. There's nothing boring about not being blonde. I personally don't quite understand the "not blonde = boring" equation, which is why I wanted to link to your sermon.

The "brunette = boring" argument is misleading. Some would say that blondes are boring (I know someone who supported this by saying that they were too similar to each other). But that's not the truth either. Something that really contributes to beauty is taking healthy care of our appearance, accepting and valuing our body, and also focusing a lot on our character and personal characteristics (including talents).

I've focused a lot on this for myself. I combine clothes beautifully without necessarily buying expensive stuff, I focus on hygiene, etc.; and, even more, I develop my character traits and talents and skills. I don't look much different from my profile picture, and I don't consider myself boring because of my hair color. I should add that not all Gods have blonde hair, and no-one would think of them as having a "banal, predictable, or boring" physical appearance.

light colors don't look good on me

You can take advantage of the fact that you can easily recognize if a color suits you to evaluate different combinations. I'll give you an example.

I have discovered that I look great in bright red. There are colors that go well with our specific appearance. You can try them and it might be worth it. For example, lately I would like to see how I look in the color light blue. I will try them and combine different types of clothes in a visually pleasing way.

I don't wear branded stuff and I'm not into expensive clothes (it seems like a waste of money to me. Obviously I don't go around with toxic qualitiy colors or poor quality clothes that I would throw away in two or three months, I always buy stuff that lasts over time). You can do similar things, see what looks good on you and how that would look even better, etc. There are substitutes for many things too (I don't like ties, so I prefer scarves or foulards when I wear elegant suits).

Remember to have fun while discovering what looks best on you, take it as a game: not in an anxious way. We need to live our body happily, not with sadness. :)
