Meditations #923 How to properly invoke earth element, what should you visualize and how to feel?

On the Jos website, it says to visualize yourself in the middle of a large sphere of heavy, dense gravity. I don't really understand the instructions on how to visualize high-density gravity or how to feel it. Can I just imagine myself 5 to 10 meters underground and inhaling a brown substance like a sponge? I'm scared of coming into contact with negative energies using this method.

I visualise myself sinking into the earth with each breath deeper and deeper, I then while visualising myself in the earth and focus on drawing the weight and density from the material surrounding me and feeling my body becoming dense and heavier from it, I dont tend to visualize colour with this and instead more see a current of energy but brown would work too I think.

it sort of feels like being very lightly crushed I dont know how else to describe it, hopefully that helps.

Let's analyze "a large sphere of heavy, dense gravity" that can be described as Elemental Earth. Looking at planets, for example, they are large and dense (to varying degrees), but the common character is the larger-than-human sphere of mass and thus, gravity, which also pulls toward it. Properties such as being dense, heavy, large, stable, and grounding are present. When you are next to this (or outright embrace it) field of dense energy you can feel it overwhelming you in size, and also feel its heavy and grounding presence. Yet, it does not frighten you. It is simply large. The heavy pull is Earth. It is a stable, almost like an immovable, massive mass.

A grounding exercise of barefoot on the ground helps to connect to Earth both literally and figuratively and can help with this task.
