I don't know much about astrology or planetary things. I am learning but after finishing the “destroy saturn” work given by HPS Lydia (90 days), can I do all the planetary squares at the same time (at appropriate times)?

Also, in destroying saturn, after doing 40 days, should I do another 90 days(40+90)or should I do 40 days and then do 50 days and complete 90 days?

Yes, but pay attention to the rules, and to the Saturn square as given on the page.

You can manage your execution time according to your needs; there is no default time, as laid out in the post.

If you don't know much about astrology you shouldnt be doing squares IMO, doing a square during a bad aspect would be more harmful than helpful.

Also I am just going to say no to being able to do all plantery squares concurrently, yes its technically possible, but not only would it be extremely difficult you would be massively diluting each working not to mention timing the astrology so each square is in a beneficial aspect would be extremely difficult.
