Is buying rings/necklaces with satanic symbols considered blasphemy? Or is it seen as a positive thing? If so, can they be useful in meditations/magical practices?

It wouldn't be considered blasphemy, provided that none of the symbols make use of the insulting jewish imagery that has been used to blapsheme Satan and our Gods. Anything with hebrew letters should obviosuly be strongly avoided. Studying the Joy of Satanas will guide you here.

If you purchase crystals / gems or even silver or gold jewellery, these can be programmed with energy for specific purposes, such as protection. You can use Runes and visualization for this.

Not blasphemy, perfectly awesome.

However they’re not necessarily useful in meditations unless they’re made by specific crystals and you program these crystals and fill them with energy.

However make sure they don’t have any blasphemous symbols like double circles or hebrew letters.
