Astrology #810 Question about the position of fixed stars and their motion

We have a list of fixed stars with their position only up to a degree.

I would be grateful if you could help me answer these questions :

1. Is it worth considering all the other notable fixed stars that are not on our list? Why aren't they on our list?

2. What year is the publication of this list and where do you find out the exact position of the fixed stars down to the minutes?

3. Are there reliable services that indicate the position of most fixed stars as well as their movement that you could share?

I believe the only fixed stars mentioned are of importance, while others either don't affect us or their effect is so little it means nothing. However, I remember reading that HPS Lydia said she'll add more info for the Astrology section in the near future.
