Meditations #77282 can I do the opening meditations as full meditation on the chakras?

This question is related to meditation.

I've noticed some (I don't know if all) of the vibrations of the opening meditations are advanced, so they are more powerful, right? Can I work on the chakras based on the opening meditations or it's better to start slow and do the weaker vibrations first with more repetitions?

Also I'm not experienced yet, I started to open my sexta chakra recently, in just planing things for now.

Thanks in advance.

No, the opening meditations are for the initial activation only. If you have opened the chakras use the chakra meditations in the Full Chakra Meditation section. They have levels, too:

For example look at the Crown Chakra meditation from that section, it includes a beginner (Necronomicon), an intermediate (Rune) and an advanced (Sanskrit) vibration and you can choose whichever is best for you:

HAIL ZEUS!
HAIL ALL THE GODS!

It depends on you, everyone is on a different level. Start with what calls to you, and do low reps. 5-8 in each chakra. Then see how you feel.

If you feel overwhelmed then you should do different ones. If you notice over days that your muscles are twitching a lot, you have trouble sleeping, or you feel pain in areas like a sunburn then you should stop until the symptoms reside and do something less powerful

Also, vibrations aren’t the only way to empower your chakras. Yoga and breathing exercises are most important to focus on right now if you aren't already doing these. These are just important for advancement as meditations

The Kundalini and Hatha yoga routines on Thoth’s Library, combined with alternate nostril breathing will empower you much more than a lot of people realize I think.

You can begin with the AUM series - it’s highly effective and not too overwhelming, especially for those starting out or seeking steady progress. Take your time with it, begin with fewer repetitions before you increase them, stay present, and pay close attention to your experiences as you go. This is how real growth and understanding happen: through practice, observation, and reflection.

In the full chakra meditation it gives you the option to use the same mantras as for the opening.
Start with only 3 per chakra and you'll see how much more you can take.
But be aware that cleaning is the most important as a beginner. You may not feel a chakra, the solution is not empowerment but cleaning and meditating on it.

It's very good that you're planning this out beforehand! I suggest a broad approach to chakra empowerment for starters.

- You should do the Opening Chakra Meditations for each of your chakras, and begin daily meditations with smaller repetitions (+/- 3x each, to get started) of the chakra-specific mantras for each chakra.
- Make sure you are cleaning each chakra daily as well, choose a solar mantra like Suryae (again, sticking to lower repetitions, starting with 3x each) and/or do Chakra Breathing in the sun (if you feel ready to do this, you should have a feel for the Foundation Meditation first).
- The EZ Chakra Spinning Meditation, and the Full Chakra Meditation (once all your chakras all open) can also be done .
- Doing Hatha Yoga will help your general advancement greatly! As you become more flexible, you can do the chakra-specific asanas listed in High Priestess Lydia's profile (https://ancient-forums.com/threads/yoga-posts.64519/)
