I am a man and I have gynecomastia, which is not a vital health problem for me, but it bothers me. That's why I recently started the material sun square. But then I realized that it says that I should do the spiritual sun square for general health. To be honest, I'd be lying if I said I've never seen the effect of the material solar square, but after seeing this, I'm confused. What should I do for gynecomastia? Would you recommend another study or should I continue?
