Everything in the chart needs work and investment to manifest, unless you wish it to manifest in a wrong way or too small. Whether good or bad star this all needs hard work and investment to fully benefit you, especially the one conjunct Saturn. Despite of a star Saturn needs realization through building anyway. The worse star / sign, the more work.
