Every planet govern an aspect of your life, every planet orbit around the Sun, the Sun represent the self and the ego.
Without the Sun planets will end up orbiting other stars or with being destroyed.
The problem is ignorance, and this can affect the self.

Most modern spiritual information is corrupt. That is what ToZ is for. Ego is fundamental and must be well managed (without exaggerating or eliminating it). Your ego is important. You are taking care of your soul to do a good thing for yourself (ego). This making yourself better will be helpful in allowing you (ego) to help others (others' ego). If you all eliminate your ego there will be no one left and the planet will be inhabited by empty, mechanical shells with no ego. There is more to know about the concept of ego death, but that would be off-topic now.

Every person should have an ego, but a person should be balanced, in other words, a person should be able to take care of himself and love himself, but at the same time he should be able to take care of and be able to love other people.

Clergy wrote about it in the past. Problem is this community existed since 2002 and a lot of extremely interesting information to say the least was lost first in yahoo groups, then in old forum platforms (this included language forums). Now thanks JG ApolloAbove these are restored.

I was going to give you the links myself, as they are extremely important, but Brother Edward was ahead of me. Take note of the Sermons which are given. However, I will add what I would like to say on this subject in addition to all of the above.
Your conceptions of your ยซSelfยป change in the course of life and even more so in the course of Spiritual Development. Ego can Contemplate itself, if you wish, and Transform itself under the Influence of both Internal and External Forces. You need Balance, not Annihilation.
The absence of Ego and Desires is a direct path to the absence of Existence. In fact, what you fill yourself with and what you will represent in the future depends on your Inner Pursuits. I recommend you to familiarize yourself with the sections of Virtues of the Gods, these things are explained there in details.
People are Materialistic, not from the best side, but from the worst side, i. e. they are limited by Ego. They are under its Influence. The Ego cannot be killed, because it will kill you, it is just as much a part of your Essence. The call to kill the Ego is made by the Enemy, because in their ideal world Gentiles should be nothing: no Individuality, no Personality, no Will, only ยซBorgยป. We need to Free ourselves from the Influences, including the destructive Influence of the Ego, so that by overcoming this we can reach the Highest Vibrations when the Balance of all Forces is achieved.
We cannot destroy that which is part of us, but we can guide, discipline and Perfect it, preserving Identity and personal Power. It is important to Realize your Essence, to Rein it in, the Power Meditations facilitate this.
The Enemy insists: ยซKill it in you, it is perverting you, give yourself to Jesus, don't be complacent and determined in your deeds, you don't need it, Jesus will solve everything for youยป. This is exactly what the Enemy needs. The Influence of the Ego on the Lower Levels, to which the presence of the Enemy in our world predisposes us, limits, binds, leads us into Illusions, excites pride or devaluation and nihilism. But the Enemy is rendered powerless by the fact that Awakened Pagans/Zevists have realized this Influence, which is the key to gaining Control. We must kill the weaknesses in ourselves, but not that which makes us up.
The Ego, like a Guardian, can both Protect our Divinity and overshadow it with its Influence. So instead of declaring war on it, we should use the Ego as a motor for Spiritual Evolution. This is the point, as our Path is Transmutation, not the degenerate destruction of Thanos. You must not deny yourself or kill your ยซSelfยป within you, but Transform it into Gnosis. Zeus and his Gods help us on this brave Path.
