I have recently seen in quite a few solar returns, for people as well as countries, SR Uranus opposite SR Mars. Pluto and Saturn also make aspects, either through square, trine, or inconjunct. I know these planets aspecting each other can indicate violence/war. Does anyone else have any thoughts...

As for Saturn, it also has some fatherly realizations. Saturn is parental by nature, it can protect a person by restricting them from harming themselves. I saw such very high vibrational synastry where there are mutual Saturn-CR tight aspects. But the restricting energy is still very strong and needs conscious directing into healthy ways, or people can feel strangled for lifetime in some of their potentials, because Saturn tends to restrict everything regardless.
Try to either consciously not mess into their life, or be a Guardian to them protecting them from bad things such as bad company, drugs etc, if they are your child or someone in a position of a protegee. Saturn is a power position, it always tend to work like a patron. You may make sure it to be used only for the good.
We have to understand that all the above works only if we are in a position of such realizations. For example if you yourself are a woman or a child (respectively with Mars and Saturn) to this person and he is an adult man or a power-position towards you this will not work that way or only when you become adult and they age or in any other way you begin to have any power over them.
This is also might be used for saving lives via surgeries and other extreme intervention (I mean mostly Mars or Pluto here but Saturn as well because Saturn is responsibility).

This also should be sublimated into best and most rational things, not brainless irrational disobedience. Better just using critical thinking and minding your own business.
Remember that you are not obligated to mess into their lives at all, unless extreme responsibility cases take place such as that with you taking care of the underage, elderly, pregnant, helpless etc.
