In itself, what you are doing is fine. Just try not to send too much energy to the brain by meditating too much. Maybe even break it up into few short sessions so you don't invoke too much bioelectricity all at once.

Some doctors are more prone to give you the standard official medicine, while others may be more prone to give also herbs or less damaging drugs. This is something more and more people seem to be developing lately. Seems to be causes some part of the brain getting damaged, The brain has the ability to heal itself there could be a solution out there. CBD oil might help with the pills and it doesn't get you high, might help with side effects. Depending where you live it might be legal
