Hmm... It is usually more effective to do spiritual work than to use subliminal messages. Also because subliminal messages influence the brain only if there is a basis where the brain really wants to do that thing that is subliminally told to it.

If you study from a psychological point of view, it has to be supported by a mental predisposition. That is: if one is having water indigestion and it would also make him disgusted at that moment to even imagine him having a glass of water because he drank too much, it won't change the subliminal message of "drink" much (except maybe cause him more revulsion at that moment).

On the other hand, if it's hot, he's running low on fluids because maybe he hasn't had a drink in hours and he's eaten salty, you can increase his desire to drink with a subliminal message like that. The water example is the most trivial one I have thought of, but it can be applied anywhere.

Also, the subliminal message should be repeated several times. The unconscious does not program itself after just one message (this for example I think is why spell affirmations should be spoken at least three times and not just repeated once).

Usually you can create a bunch of affirmations and then copy them to a text to speech software. After downloading that audio you can then put it on an audio editing software like audacity for example. You can then speed up the affirmations and also make it quieter so it can go past your conscious threshold and then enter the subconscious.

Subliminal message results are temporary and they have to be listened daily to maintain the results. If you are looking for results that has to be permanent you are better off doing magick. It is superior to subliminals in most scenarios and unlike subliminals that work mostly with the programming of the subconscious, magick can affect the external environment more effectively.
