Cómo se siente meditar sobre el chakra de la garganta? Me refiero a como puedo saber si encontré el chackra de la garganta y estoy meditando sobre el? He sentido una especie de presión o nudo debajo del cartílago, ahora no sé si ese sea el chakra u otra cosa, pero no se siente como cuando medito sobre mi chakra corona y glándula pineal, alguien con experiencia que me pueda ayudar?

So I can give you my personal experience. But it's personal and it's my own. But I don't think I can give you anything more than my personal experience, though, and you're not asking me something different.

I also feel the knot. I feel it quite well. Actually feeling the knot in my throat, generally, I don't always feel the exact same kind of knot.

Sometimes it is a very very strong and painful knot. Sometimes it is always a knot, but it feels sweet and pleasant. And so on and so forth. When I meditate on it, I can feel that the knot is there.

Once it was passing a lot of energy there that was blocked toward the upper chakras. Aside from the extreme heat that was starting to make me feel really bad and not just full of discomfort (this was specific about a situation of mine, it has nothing to do with your question), upon contact with the energy there that had accumulated, it felt like a really strong knot.

My situation there was also accentuated so the knot anyway wouldn't loosen and would stay that way for a long time even doing anything else. But it was quite an extreme and particular situation. It's just to tell you that yes, the knot in the throat is generally a sign that you are activating the throat chakra.

Now, whether this happens because you are meditating on it or because you saw a moving scene in a TV series, it still means energetic activity in that chakra. I was once watching an anime called "Assassination Classroom." It was really very moving on an emotional level in the final episode, so much that while I was crying so badly, the knot was very tight and PAINFUL.
