¿Alguien sabe porque cuando estoy en meditación, entrando en fase de relajación, mi temperatura sube más de lo normal? Produciendo un calor intenso como si estuviera caminando en el parque en un día normal, no entiendo porque mi temperatura sube tanto, será problemas de salud?

In my personal experience it can happen, in that case be relaxed as doing void meditation.

These meditative energies are frequently felt as typically warm. Think for example of the most classic of examples: the fire serpent Kundalini. Nothing abnormal. If you meditate just enough (neither too little, but not too much to "burn" you) your health will only gain since the physical body is closely connected to the astral body and the two interact *with each other*.
